Zasco Productions is pleased to announce that its office, production, and warehouse operations have moved to a new location.

Formerly, operations were divided over two different locations on Front Street in Chicopee. Zasco Productions owner Michael Zaskey said: "This move brings to a close my long and frustrating search for a location which will allow me to stay in Chicopee while still meeting the unique space needs of my growing business".

Approximately 5,100 square feet of a 68,000 square foot building was re-developed for Zasco Productions at the former site of Jahn Foundry2 on McKinstry Avenue in Chicopee. Building owners Tom Crochiere and Ann Collins Crochiere from Main Street Property Management, LLC of Wilbraham purchased the 8 acre abandoned property from a bankrupt corporation in November 2004. They also own and operate Collins-Crochiere Construction Service who handled the renovation at the site.

Zasco Productions is the first tenant, and will hopefully act as a catalyst to get the redevelopment going. "I met Tom and his real estate broker Frank Fitzgerald II from R.J. Greeley Company back in February 2005 when the initial clean-up of the site was in progress. At that time I saw great potential for the space. We revisited the idea in June 2005. I had some very specific requirements for our facility, as well as for the lease terms. Tom and Frank happily stepped up to the plate, and delivered a fabulous proposal. They are truly first-class!" Zaskey said.

The 5,100 square foot facility includes a brand new build-out of an 1,800 square foot office and production space as well as a 3,300 square foot warehouse facility, complete with exclusive loading docks.
