This installment of the annually remarkable speaking series is aptly themed “Be Bold,” and will feature Queen Latifah as the keynote speaker.
As a proud sponsor of this great event since 2006, and its production service provider, Zasco Productions will produce the conference in crystal-clear High Definition video for the first time. For an event that features a compelling mix of professional skill-building coupled with poignant and inspiring speeches, allowing the entire audience to be fully immersed in the program is vital.
“To engage a large audience in a speaking program, it’s really essential for everyone in the venue to feel like their sitting in the front row,” said Zasco Productions’ owner and senior technical director Michael Zaskey. “The type of image magnification that we provide has always been effective for that, but stepping up to HD means that every detail of the speaker’s delivery is close enough that the audience feels like they can touch it; and hopefully it touches them.”
In addition to the video services, Zasco will also provide lighting, audio, and other event services to ensure the continued success of the Women’s Leadership Conference. The program will also be recorded so that the college can disseminate it to those unable to attend through various online platforms. Previous conferences have included such prestigious speakers as Ashley Judd, Soledad O’Brien, Victoria R Kennedy, and Maya Angelou.
“Every year, the folks who organize the Bay Path College Women’s Leadership Conference put together a program that’s moving, and that gives its attendees some amazing takeaways for their own development,” Zaskey added. “For a local business like ours, participating in an event that is so great for the community is an absolute win-win.”
