Training Video:

• As required by league rules, the "home team" must provide video coverage for each game. Amherst College once again, chose Zasco Productions to handle the side-line wide shot. A unique requirement of this task is the creation of 4 "original" tapes, simultaneously. This requirement goes beyond 4 VTRs and and a distribution amplifier. The rules require stopping and starting the record tape at specific times, so that the finished tape has nothing but a continuous sequence of football plays, and scoreboard shots with no camera movements, time-outs, or other interruptions. Zasco Productions designed and built a custom control interface which permitted controlling 4 external VTRs directly from the camera head with the traditional lens VTR button.

Highlight Video Post-Production:

• At the end of the season, Amherst College used Zasco Productions to produce a highlight video for presentation at their Awards Dinner.

Event A/V:

• At the awards dinner, Zasco Productions provided the video projection and playback for the Highlight Video, as well as audio reinforcement for the entire event.
