- A live simulcast which took place on campus in John M. Greene Hall.
- Another live simulcast which took place in Franklin Patterson Hall at Hampshire College in Amherst.

Equipment Highlights: |
All equipment supplied from Zasco Productions in-house inventory! - BROADCAST TELEVISION PRODUCTION / I-MAG:
- Complete multi-camera, live-switch, "fly-pack" system including:
- 6 JVC KY-19 ST 3-CCD studio cameras with RCU's
- 1 Fujinon S19X6.5BERM4 19x internal focus lens w/2x extender (38x)
- 2 Canon YH18x6.7 IRS 18x internal focus lens w/2x extender (36x)
- 2 Videotek Prodigy production switchers (one fed the broadcasts and pool feeds, while one was exclusively used for the I-MAG / projection feed)
- Auxiliary backup switcher
- 4 JVC BR-DV3000U full-size DV record decks (program record, backup record, and two ISO records of specific cameras for future post-production)
- Graphics playback
- Video and audio distribution for press pool feeds, and broadcasts.
- LARGE SCREEN VIDEO PROJECTION:
- 4 Sanyo PLC-XF45 10,000 ANSI lumen large venue video projectors
- Units were double stacked, for full time on-line backup redundancy and double brightness of nearly 20,000 lumens
- 2 DaLite 15'x20' Fastfold Truss-style rear projection screens with flyware
- 2 DaLite 15'x20' black velour dress kits
- 2 Genie SLC-18 lifts to support projectors and allow backstage passage of security and guests of honor
- STAGE AND TELEVISION LIGHTING:
- ETC Sensor Portable 2.4 Kw x 24 channel dimmer rack
- 40 ETC Source4 Par fixtures (all color corrected to match existing lighting in the facility)
- 22 ETC Source4 Ellipsoidal fixtures (all color corrected to match existing lighting in the facility)
- Leprecon LP-1600 24/48 DMX console
- Socapex Multi cable / interconnect
- RIGGING:
- 250' Universal Manufacturing 12x12 GP box truss which supported lighting, scenic, and video projection.
- 14 CM ProStar 600 LB and 1000 LB chain hoists and Motion Labs hoist controllers
- All related rigging equipment
- SCENIC:
- 90' of 25 oz Majestic Velour Drape25' high flown from truss
- 80' of Black Velour pipe and drape carry-off
- POWER / OTHER:
- Motion Labs 200 amp production power distribution system
