Overview

In support of our client Mark Brown from Ovations LLC, and his client BAE Systems Electronic Systems, we provided complete video, audio, lighting, rigging, and production services for for their 2024 President’s Address. The program originated from this client’s facility in Fort Wayne IN, where a local audience of about 180 people gathered in the employee cafeteria which we transformed into a hybrid event space. Thousands of others participated virtually from around the country.

Pre-Production CAD Drawings and Renderings

During the pre-production planning process, we developed CAD drawings and 3D renderings. These assisted our client during the decision making process, and helped visualize what the event could look like in the space. These documents also provided our team and other stakeholders a detailed package which served as the basis for event planning, technical coordination, and ultimately the the load-in and setup of the event on site.
