Overview
We transformed the MassMutual Center Exhibition Hall into an impactful experience for an audience of 1600 people. Using a 101 foot wide high resolution LED video wall to display combinations of presentations, I-MAG, and full-screen graphics, every member of the audience was able to enjoy the presentation, regardless of where they were seated. Sound reinforcement was equally important. A carefully designed and deployed line-array system with state-of-the art digital mixing and processing equipment enabled us to deliver crystal clear, highly intelligible audio to every seat, in this otherwise very reverberant space. Video production included a 4-camera production for both recording and I-MAG. Lighting included over 200 units with LED moving lights for both broadcast quality illumination for the cameras as well as theatrical lighting for special visual effects.

During the pre-production planning process, we developed detailed CAD drawings. These documents provide our team and other stakeholders a detailed package which served as the basis for event planning, technical coordination, and ultimately the the load-in and setup of the event on site.
